Fees and Insurance

Intake first session (60 min)-$175

Individual sessions (50 min) - $150

Although my biller will gladly verify your benefits before your intake,  it is still your responsibility to check with your insurance company about  your mental health benefits and to confirm I am in-network with them.

- First Choice Health Network (Will be credentialed soon, possibly in the next three weeks).

- Kaiser Permanente (HMO/CORE - need preauthorization from Kaiser, PPO) (Will be credentialed sometime in October of 2021).

- LifeWise of Washington (Should be credentialed in the next three weeks).

- Premera Blue Cross

- Regence Blue Shield

- Most of Out of State Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans (need to verify)

If I am out-of-network, I cannot bill them directly. I will provide you with an itemized bill of full fee, which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network coverage/reimbursement.  Please make sure your insurance has such benefits.  

Payment is due at the time of the service.  Puget Mental Care staff will collect your payment.
